Guidelines for Reviewers
Our standards for honest, helpful reviews that people can trust.
Last updated: 23 August 2026
Be honest and genuine
Only write about experiences you have actually had. Reviews should reflect your real, first-hand interaction with a business. Paid, incentivised, or fabricated reviews are not allowed.
Be specific and helpful
- Explain what happened and what stood out, good or bad.
- Focus on facts that help others make an informed decision.
- Keep it relevant to the product or service you experienced.
Keep it respectful
You can be critical, but stay civil. We do not allow personal attacks, harassment, hate speech, discriminatory language, or threats of any kind.
What's not allowed
- Fake or incentivised reviews.
- Reviews of your own business, a competitor, or a family member's business.
- Personal or sensitive information about yourself or others.
- Promotional content, spam, or irrelevant links.
- Illegal content or anything that breaches our Terms & Conditions.
Video reviews
Video reviews bring extra credibility. Make sure you are clearly the author, avoid sharing private details on camera, and keep the focus on your genuine experience.
Reporting & moderation
Our team moderates reviews and may remove content that breaches these guidelines. If you see a review that you believe violates our standards, please report it so we can investigate.
