• You may only review businesses you have had a genuine experience with.

You retain ownership of the reviews and video content you submit, but you grant Trust Dan a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content on the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews.
• Harassment, hate speech, or content that violates the rights of others.
• Attempting to manipulate ratings or impersonate another person or business.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Businesses may claim and respond to reviews on their profile. Claiming a profile requires verification. Businesses may not offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews.

Trust Dan provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee the accuracy of any review. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
