Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, cancel whenever you like from the billing portal. You keep access until the end of your billing period, then drop back to Free.
Can I upgrade or downgrade between plans?
Absolutely. You can switch between Starter and Pro at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next renewal.
Do consumers need to pay?
No. Trust Dan is completely free for consumers to leave reviews. Only businesses pay for Starter or Pro features.
What happens to my reviews if I downgrade?
All your reviews stay on your public profile. You'll lose features like responding to reviews and editing your profile until you re-subscribe.
What does 'website integration support' include?
Our Pro team will help you embed your Trust Dan star rating and review count into your own website. We'll provide the code snippet and walk you through where to place it, or do it for you if you give us access.
Is there a free trial?
We don't currently offer a free trial, but the Free tier lets you receive reviews and see your profile before deciding to upgrade.
