How do I know a review is genuine?

Every reviewer must create a verified account. Video reviews go through manual moderation before publication. We also monitor review patterns continuously to detect manipulation.

Can a business remove a negative review?

No. Businesses can respond to reviews, but they cannot remove or hide them. Trust Dan's independence depends on this — it's non-negotiable.

What if I had a genuinely bad experience?

Leave an honest review describing what happened. Be factual and specific. Our guidelines prohibit defamation, but honest negative reviews are absolutely permitted and valuable.

How long does moderation take?

Most reviews are published within 24 hours. Video reviews may take up to 48 hours for manual review. You'll receive an email confirmation when your review goes live.
